How To Cook Delicious Vegetable Rice

Vegetable grain is a healthy food. Prepare the grain in a grain pot. It is easy and fast to prepare this bowl. Put all the substances together with the grain.

Cook the grain with any green vegetables. You must season the grain with some spices or herbs and preparing to get the right flavor. Add beef, poultry and fish to improve the flavor. This is a complete food by itself. This formula is appropriate for veggie. In this formula, I use a kind of veggie known as 'bitter vegetable'. It is a green green veggie and is easily grown in the lawn. Individuals use this kind of veggie to make 'Chinese Salted Vegetable'. The veggie flavor is quite nasty. To get rid of the anger, cook with grain or recipes with some gravy. Not anyone like the nasty flavor in the vegetables especially children.

Other kinds of vegetables can substitute this veggie. Some individuals like to mix many different kinds of vegetables.

Ingredients:

3-4 pieces nasty vegetables

1 tomato (cut into cubes)

2 weeds (soak and cut into cubes)

5-6 vegetables (slice thinly)

2 tsp seasoning

2 glasses water

2 glasses rice

some oil for frying

Method:

1. Clean two glasses of grain and put in a pot or grain pot with two glasses of water. Add some preparing to the grain. The preparing is up to your flavor.

2. Relax the weeds until smooth and then cut them into pieces. To ease the weeds, soak them in steaming water. Toss away the water once the weeds are smooth. When it has chilled down, cut them into little pieces.

3. Cut the vegetables into little pieces about three centimeter in length. Cut the tomato into little pieces.

4. Stem and piece the vegetables perfectly. Take out some chopped vegetables and fry them until fantastic brownish for garnishing.

5. Heat up a griddle or food preparation pot with some oil and fry some chopped vegetables until fresh. Add all the cut substances until half-cooked. It is not necessary to fully cook the vegetables.

6. Add some preparing and put the half-cooked vegetables in a bowl.

7. Add the prepared vegetables into the grain pot.

8. Prepare the combination until done. The grain will be smooth and comfortable. Serve on a bowl with some fried vegetables.

Note: If the food is not for veggie, mix the grain with some beef, prawns or poultry.
