Vegetable Rice With Roasted Spicy Salmon

Stir Fried Veggie Grain With Cooking Delicious Salmon

Ingredients:

    1 large seafood fillet
    ½ dice of seafood stock
    ½ red onion
    Snazzy jerk preparing powder
    3 cloves of beans, very finely sliced
    2 tea cups of rice
    ½ teacup of peas
    ½ teacup of lovely corn
    1 carrot, very finely sliced
    2 vegetable inventory cubes
    1 inches cinnamon, cut into slim slices
    1 spicy pepper, very finely sliced
    1 few sliced parsley


Salmon:

- Fall apart seafood inventory into bowl
- Add 1 very finely sliced beans and sliced chili
- Add ½ tbsp of jerk seasoning
- Add dark pepper
- Add 3-4 tbsps of olive oil
- Mix until it types a insert, and cover the seafood with the paste
- Position seafood in a method bbq grill ; minimum 7 moments each part, until prepared (pink) and crunchy on top

Rice:

- Follow cooking guidelines on packet
- When prepared, warm 4 tbsps of olive oil in a wok
- Position green beans in steaming water for 5 moments, eliminate make to a side
- Add 2 very finely sliced cloves of beans and the cinnamon into wok
- Add half red onion, very finely sliced, into wok.
- Mix all until brown; add rice and stir
- Fall apart vegetable inventory over rice and stir
- Add beans, sweetcorn and carrot. Stir
- Spice up to flavor.

To serve:

- Position rice into a bowl; pack, make benefit down on dish. Position seafood next to it. Spread everything with parsley to take, and enjoy!

Stir Fried Snazzy jerk Brownish Rice

Serves 2

Ingredients:

    3 tea cups brown rice (Italian/American)
    Snazzy jerk preparing powder
    2-3 handfuls dry fresh fruit mix
    1 red onion
    3 pieces vegetable inventory (to crumble)
    1 dice vegetable inventory (to dissolve)
    3 cloves garlic
    Fresh parsley
    ½ of each: red, green and yellow peppers


To prepare rice:
- Heat water to boiling
- Melt inventory dice in water
- Cook as directed on packet

To stir fry:
- 3 tbsps of warmed oil into a wok
- Cut up beans and red vegetables into small pieces, and add to wok
- Cook until brown (1-2 minutes)
- Add brown rice and stir
- Fall apart 2 inventory pieces on top and stir
- Add ½ tbsp jerk preparing and stir
- Add combined fresh fruit and stir
- Add parsley
- Cut lovely peppers into slim pieces, and add to mix
- Voila!
