1 cup clean tomato juice/puree
1 natural chilly
2 tsp. veggie oil
1 little onion
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. de-husked dark gram
1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
A touch of asafoetida powder
Salt as desired
A few sprigs of curry leaves
Preparation
Wash and prepare the rice and keep it aside. For creating a cup of tomato juice you may need 3-4 method tomato clean vegetables. Clean the tomato clean vegetables and combination in mixing machine to create a combination. Narrow the combination if you want a obvious tomato rice. Stem and piece the red onion perfectly. Cut the natural cold.
Cooking
Heat oil in a wok and crackle mustard and add de husked dark gary (dhuli urad dal) & cumin plant seeds in it. Add the chopped red onion, curry results in, asafoetida and natural cold to the oil and fry it for about a moment. Add the tomato combination in the wok and keep cooking for another 3-4 moments. Take the wok off the fire.
Add sodium the pre prepared rice and mix well. Add the above tempering in the rice and mix it thoroughly. Provide this Tangy Tomato rice with simply natural or a natural Raita with clean vegetables.
